Papelbon struck out three of the four batters he faced in picking up the easy save. He has been excellent all year but the Phillies are playing under-.500 ball and haven't provided him with that many opportunities.

Dan Haren yielded three earned runs over six innings Saturday as the Nationals fell to the Phillies.
Haren racked up a whopping 10 strikeouts and allowed only four hits, but two of them were home runs. He has looked good at times this season, but the consistency has not been there. Haren will take a 4-5 record, 5.43 ERA and 1.37 WHIP into his next start against the Orioles.

Derek Dietrich | FLA
(May 25, 2013 10:04 PM EDT)
Derek Dietrich hit a solo home run Saturday in the Marlins' loss to the White Sox.
Dietrich's solo shot in the top of the ninth inning gave the Fish their only run of the evening. Jake Peavy largely dominated the rest of the Marlins lineup. Dietrich, 23, has three home runs in 14 major leagues games and is worth a roster spot right now in NL-only leagues. He was raking at Double-A before his early-May callup.

Ricky Nolasco | FLA
(May 25, 2013 10:01 PM EDT)

The right-hander has a cool 3.65 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 56/14 K/BB ratio in 69 innings this season, and will try to keep it going next week against the Rays.
Rays' Maddon sticking with Rodney at closer
Fernando Rodney | TB
(May 25, 2013 8:58 PM EDT)
Rays manager Joe Maddon said after Saturday's blown save that he's still confident in closer Fernando Rodney.
The blown save was Rodney's fifth of the year and his second in two games after blowing just two all of last season. The right-hander now has a 6.05 ERA, and while votes of confidence are nice, they fade quickly when results don't follow. Rodney remains the closer for now, but the leash is likely very short. Joel Peralta is a must-add.

Rodney blows fifth save, Rays fall to Yankees
Fernando Rodney | TB
(May 25, 2013 8:27 PM EDT)
Fernando Rodney blew his fifth save of the season Saturday in the Rays' loss to the Yankees.
Rodney entered the game with Tampa Bay leading by two. He got Ichiro Suzuki to fly out and fanned Jayson Nix, but Lyle Overbay drew a walk, Brennan Boesch doubled and Brett Gardner singled. That all netted the Bombers two runs and they broke through to win it in the 11th. Rodney is a mess right now. Joel Peralta needs to be owned in all standard fantasy leagues.
